Hemaya's first exposure to Events Security was during Asian Games 2006 in Doha by providing 2,500 security staff, assisting the public law enforcement agencies. Since then, we have consistently developed the competencies of our people and continued to maintain this exclusivity of securing large-scale events. During Arab Games 2011, Hemaya yet again provided 1,100 Security Staff for the event. In addition to sports, we also provide security services for special events such as Exhibitions, Conferences, High profile Private and Public ceremonies, Concerts and Social events.
Short-term events require greater degree of planning and careful selection of protection methodology in order to meet the dynamic safety and security considerations. The risk matrix at an event venue fluctuates from fabricated to natural threats, and at times can be an abrupt outcome of poor planning, coordination and execution before or during the event proceedings.
At Hemaya, we incorporate a systematic approach to management of venue and crowd security, providing ample flexibility of reinforcement through our standby event response teams. In addition, we work hand in hand with our customers and assist in collaborating with public law enforcement agencies, depending upon the nature of event. The focus of our Events Team training is Professionalism, Communication, Appearance and Courtesy in addition to their capabilities to operate in covert and overt roles.
From the assessment to planning, and rehearsal to execution stages- our team of experts work closely with our customers to ensure that every aspect of Security and Safety has been considered and that as many eventualities are planned for as possible, within given resources and time frame. The essence of our success is attributed to staff background checks, selection, training, welfare and technology integrated deployment plans. Screening capabilities, reliable dual mode of communication, surveillance cameras, health and safety inspections and post event scan of venue are the value added features.
